Sometimes I’ll tell people my hobby is collecting hobbies. If something new catches my interest, I’ll try it. And with stories, there are always new worlds to explore. That’s why I’m drawn to books, video games, and table top roleplay games. I’ve written some of my own drafts of novels in both fantasy and scifi, and I’ve run a few roleplay games on my podcast: MarkExperience. When one of my friends introduced me to Off the Beaten Path, I was enraptured by the world it revealed; a rich tapestry explored through threads of stories, splitting off with each audience choice. Finding out about the wonderful community was the icing on the cake. A cake that I just had to get a slice of, and so I sent in my audition.
